Elizabeth Palmer was born in Illinois, moved to Michigan in 1942, and has lived in Farmington Hills since 1954. She has been painting since 1979. Most of her painting education has been with the Royal Oak and West Bloomfield Schools Adult Education programs.
Elizabeth works from photographs of landscapes, flowers buildings and also does commissioned works of building boats, etc. Her main media is watercolor.
Her paintings are in private collections in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Florida and Grace Hospital, Detroit, Michigan.
Her works have been exhibited at the Royal Oak Public Library, Sterling Heights City Hall, American Center, Southfield Art Center, West Shore Sail Club, Ford Yacht Club and North Congregational Church in Farmington Hills.
